Logo Design Brief

Logo needed for a new Biomed company, located in Texas. We design, build, service, and sell DNA machines, as well as other biotech equipment. We provide engineering services for the biotech industry.
The company name is TX Bio, Not 100% sure how we want it written on the logo, but we are an LLC company and might need LC added in the name.
Very open to ideas and think we want to include all or one of these...
double helix, Texas flag, outline of Texas or a chemical structure. Basically a science/Texas theme.
MAX of 4 colors.
DNA/Biomed/chemistry related/looking, clean, simple, eye catchy...etc.
