Logo Design Brief
I would like a very professional, modern, sleek logo designed for our real estate brokerage firm located in Chicago. We sell residential homes and commercial properties all over the state of Illinois. We don't want anything simple with just a standard house or house roof on top of the company name. Please be creative. Ideally, something creatively done with the text would be ideal rather than it being plain simple type.
Updates
I won't say all the designs are of low quality but many look the same and I want to see some creativity in the logo so our brand can have an identity. Also, we need some time to go over each one thoroughly and give more feedback to the ones on our shortlist.
