Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo that we can put on the side of our company trucks, business cards and apparel. I want something simple, easy to read, yet still eye catching. I like the colors black, silver, blue and red. I’m Undecided as to whether or not I want an image in the logo. We run Peterbilt trucks with Mac round bottom trailers. We haul salt, stone, sand and asphalt mostly. I don’t care for square designs. The attached image is an example that we really like.
