Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new company in Israel called: "Worchestra": we provide "musical workshops" to team within organizations who want to improve their performance, and collaboration.
Our workshops are 3 hours to a full day long. They are planned for up to 15 people, and led by professional musicians and psychologists.
No prior experience or knowledge in playing music is needed.

This is based on some known principles:
1. Music is fun (P L A Y music)
2. Music is an international language
3. In music, as well as in work - team collaboration is a MUST in order to produce a good enough result
4. Music enables people to express themselves with less defenses than in other medias
