I would like a logo / graphic design set to be used to eventually make a website / branding for a local Wisconsin oral surgery clinic.

Business name is
Coulee Region Implant & Oral Surgery Center

I would like the name of the business with coulee region as a larger text and the "implant and oral surgery center portion" as a tag line / subtext.
I would like to incorporate a stylized / abstract dental implant type logo with tooth on top of it.

Requirements

Must have

• stylized or abstract dental implant (stylized screw threads) with tooth on top of it incorporated into logo design.
• Blending a water or tree line element / hills into the implant / tooth part of the design would be great
• Because the area is in a very scenic river valley area with hillsides / bluffs and small creeks running through it it would be nice to somehow have this hilly land with creeks / stream running through it somehow into the logo as well.
• I would like "Coulee Region" to be the highlight of the name portion with "Implant & Oral Surgery Center" to be below or tag line type smaller in size compared to coulee region.
• I prefer Blue hues or Green Hues for the Design
• A combination use of navy/dark blue, medium blue and sky blue would be great. Perhaps with a smaller accent area of green if using a river / hillside design element to distinguish land and water

Nice to have

• The area is very scenic / green bluffs / hilly areas with small creeks running through. I would be nice to somehow incorporate something like this in with the dental implant component of the logo.
• The logo hues would prefer in the blues primarily with some greens possible. Do not have to use exact colors from color wheel below.
