Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that I can use to brand my new real estate company. I sell houses in South Florida where it is very sunny and tropical with beautiful beaches. I want that to reflect in the design. However I do not want it to look cheap. We are a professional company and want it to be classy, light and give off a relaxing positive vibe.
