To develop a logo for the new International Technical Rescue Association
The association with be a non profit that provides accreditation and qualifications for rope/cliff rescue, flood/swiftwater rescue, confined space rescue, animal rescue, ice rescue, disaster/USAR rescue.. etc
The logo should be modern and professional looking, and not associated with any one country (i.e. not US or UK looking). It should be humble and not forceful.
