Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo made for our school 100 year Centenary celebrations.
Our school is called Quilpie State College our colours are red, green,yellow and blue. We are situated in SW QLD( google it)
Our community attractions are the desert, boulder opal, sheep and cattle industry.
We would like a logo made that will go on all promotional items during our Centenary weekend.
