We need a logo designed for a new real estate company we are launching. We purchase homes from sellers that need to get out of their property quickly, and provide them amazing support and tools to figure out their best options. We want a logo that stands out and has a really cool color scheme. I was thinking some combination maybe of red/black/silver?

Nice to have
- We would like to have two variations - 1 would simply be out initials "HSB" with an icon of a home. The other would be the same "home" icon but have the words spelled out to use on websites or business cards.
