Logo Design Brief

We are wanting an updated logo for our coffee shop/coffee roaster. Open to just cleaning up the old one, or new ideas. The name Calm Waters has a lot to do with the type of atmosphere we create and promote. We like to offer a place for people to come in and slow down. A break from whatever storms they are facing in life. A place to connect with yourself or others, recharge, and re-enter. We want it to be professional, but fit our style. Requirements

Must have

• The main element of the current logo is the CW (for Calm Waters) which is turned to look like a sunrise. This helps represent the atmosphere/relaxed environment we are creating.

Nice to have

• The canoe in the original design is not necessary. The colors in our cafe are mostly wood (floors and tables), brick (walls), painted wall colors are aqua-grey and baby elephant. Would like something that works as black and white, or color.
• I would like our town "Bristol, PA" to be easily added or taken away depending on application.

Should not have

• A picture of a coffee cup or coffee bean as the main image.
