Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a newly established non-profit publisher for Buddhist books, online courses, and Tibetan cultures. The publisher (Wisdom & Compassion Press) is inspired and initiated by Khenpo Sodargye Rinpoche (http://khenposodargye.org/), a renowned Tibetan Buddhist master. The publisher carries the same key words of Khenpo Sodargye's other initiations, so we would like to see the connection between the publisher's logo and his other initiations (e.g., his English website, the World Youth Buddhist Society, the Bodhi Association etc.). I've attached other logos of Khenpo Sodargye's initiations.
The key design elements are the sun and the moon as shown in other related logos. It should also reflect the characteristic of a publisher.
