Logo Design Brief

My website is www.nzpensions.co.nz and the logo I want redesigning is

We are a New Zealand Financial Services Company specializing in the transfer of private UK Pensions to New Zealand, for ex-UK migrants who now live permanently in NZ - and hence need their saving in NZ rather than stuck back in the United Kingdom.
We would like to see designs that use the current colour scheme on the website - UK colours are red, blue and white, and New Zealand colours can be black (NZ can also be a silver fern)
The design should communicate movement from the UK to New Zealand

Target Market(s)

Ex UK migrants who now live permanently in New Zealand, and NZ citizens who may have accumulated pension savings during spent time working in the UK
