T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for someone to design a t shirt for my fire station to wear off duty. It will be based off the Jack Daniels design. The front logo will be a Maltese cross rendered in the Jake Daniels type of pin striping and old no1 in the middle with "working hard on easy street" under it.
The back of the t shirt will be similar to the photos included. The photo of the hydrant is from our station and the design I am looking for.The Department is Charlotte County Fire/EMS. Station one is the station the shirt is being made for. I encourage you to use your creative touch to enhance the designs. Thank you
