We provide Veterinary & Human Compounding Pharmacy services. The store itself has been in business since 1860 and has a Victorian-era Apothecary style and design. The front-end retail store sells high-end and imported health and beauty products. Our parent company is named The Golden Gallipot Apothecary, LLC. Golden is representative of the golden retriever dogs that are important in our lives.
Please note: the official business name is Menges & Curtis Apothecary.

Requirements
Must have
- We are still interested in using the exact color of blue used in the previous logo design (see attached file below). Also we must have a combination of period fonts to accentuate the antique style of the store.
Nice to have
- Ideally we'd like a design with a golden-colored gallipot (a small pot made from glazed earthenware or metal, used by pharmacists to hold medicines or ointments) with mixed fonts from the mid-to-late 19th century. However, we are also open to ideas involving logos WITHOUT a mortar and pestle or gallipot. We are open to the possibility of having a VERY SUBTLE (almost hidden) pawprint/handprint reflected in the design.
Should not have
- We have now received too many mortar & pestle designs with leaves. We are looking for designs that incorporate HUMAN AND ANIMAL elements to the pharmacy design.
