Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our communications company. We are a two person team and would like a CARICATURE of the two of us with our heads hanging out of the ice cream truck with a MICROPHONE on top of the truck instead of the ice cream cone. The attached picture of the ice cream truck is an example of what we are looking for but is just some clipart we found.

Also of note.... I am in Canada and just noticed that there is a designcrowd.ca. Can this project get referred to the Canadian site where we are paying in Canadian funds? I don't know how that works.
