Logo Design Brief

My new metal fabrication business needs a cool monochrome (white) logo with impact suitable for screen printing (back of T shirt) and embroidery (embroidery to suit above a work shirt pocket, maximum 100 mm x 100 mm space). I have attached a files of illustration styles i like but wanting to incorporate a welding helmet, a mustache, less hair and possibly a TIG torch or two crossed over? and lightning bolt/spark?
