Illustration Design Brief

We need a design that replaces the FISH with the Hand "Shaka"
The final submission should reflect the Hand "Shaka" / Ice Cream / Toppings

We are a new dessert cafe opening in Honolulu, Hi. We need illustrations depicting our 2 signature items:

The 1st concept is Taiyaki Ice Cream, with a Hawaiian twist.
We need illustrations of our featured menu item "Shaka Boom" to be featured on the menu, marketing, ad's, etc.
The Shaka Boom features the Iconic "Shaka" design as a waffle cone, filled with delicious soft serve ice cream and toppings.

***Please ensure there are 2 variations (constructed item and deconstructed items)

The 2nd concept is Mochi Pop's (Waffles on a stick).
We need illustrations of our features menu item "Mochi Pop" to be featured on the menu, marketing, ad's, etc. The Mochi Pop is a crisp golden waffle on a stick with toppings and decorations. *Please see reference images.

We would like clean, modern and a millennial feel for the project. Illustrations should be social media worthy.
The final design should be able to jump from the menu board to Marketing collateral, hats, t-shirts, socks, etc.

NOTES:
Shaka Boom-
Please incorporate the likeness of the reference shaka, with little variation of the original file.
Please see pictures as reference to the original product, replacing the fish waffle with the shaka waffle.

Mochi Pop-
Please see the reference images as decoration inspirations.

IMPORTANT and MUST:
Shaka Boom - Illustration to include a finished piece (shaka, ice cream and toppings) as well as a deconstructed illustrations depicting the steps (shaka + ice cream + Toppings = final product)
