Newspaper Ad Design Brief

I would Like to design a newspaper ad for a local paper I have attached a copy of what Ive used in the past as a jumping off point. Please be creative this is a high end location so please keep it elegant as well. the size needs to be 10" x 15.875"

I would like it to list services but not like it is right now, I don't need to have every specific thing that I do per service just an overview of what I actually do
