Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for my home inspection company based in Idaho. Very simply, we inspect homes to find any defects before a potential buyer purchases the property. I would like something that looks very professional, and looks really clean, no fancy fonts. Needs to be easy to read and I think it would be great to somehow incorporate the basic shape of a house. I would also like the ability to use the graphic on its own or combined with the company name. The final design should look good on a vehicle, business card or website. I like a blue and white color scheme but am open to others. The attached files are simply for some creative guidance, they do not need to be copied they are just examples of some that I liked.
