Logo Design Brief

Our magazine needs a new logo as the current one has been in use almost 10 years.

The magazine covers news from the sport of speedway - cars and bikes racing competitively on dirt or clay oval tracks.

The magazine is offset printed on a white newsprint, so complex colours or gradients often don't look as great on paper as they do on screen.

Check out the attached file showing the existing logo - horizontal format is preferable rather than vertical or square (also attached is a typical magazine cover).

Design can incorporate New Zealand flag or chequered flag if necessary, but does not have to have either.

Wording can also say NZ or New Zealand.
