We need a two-sided portrait-style sell sheet for a new insurance product called the ARC Platinum Protection. The ARC Platinum Protection is a custom Executive Risk commercial insurance policy that provides the broadest level of protection available in the marketplace. The sell sheet would primarily use the colors blue, gray and white, have clean lines, minimal graphics (perhaps a picture of an executive boardroom at the top), three boxes (or text areas) to provide a brief description of the specific insurance products provided by the Platinum (Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and Fiduciary Liability), be easy to read and really pique the reader's interest to learn more about the product. The title (ARC Platinum Protection) would overlay the graphic at the top, and just below the title would be the phrase "Expect More", which is our tagline for the product. There would be a two-sentence lead-in phrase just below the graphic ("Platinum Protection is an exclusive, custom-designed insurance policy tailored to a company’s specific risk profile. The policy was created to provide clients with a premium, industry-leading level of protection not found in the standard insurance marketplace". There needs to be another text section entitled "Return on Investment" and capable of containing three medium length sentences. There needs to be an "About Us" section (three to four medium-length sentences) and a "Contact Us" section (contact name, phone (x2), e-mail, address). On the back we want to discuss the specific features of the product by section of the policy (General Terms and Conditions, Directors & Officers Liability Insurance, Employment Practices Liability Insurance, Fiduciary Liability Insurance. This would likely be set out in bullet format.
I have attached a few examples found on the web that are similar to my vision for this sell sheet, but none that exactly fit our needs (whether graphically or due to specific layout).

- I have uploaded a sample done in powerpoint. Please disregard the coloring as I did not have time to choose colors. I did not add the "About Us" and "Contact Us" sections on the front page and would like creative ideas on structuring that. On the back page, I think a nice looking table broken down by section of the policy would look nice, and allow us to enter bulleted coverage features for each section. Both graphics in the sample were found on google without watermarks by searching "board room" and "business agreement", respectively.
