I need a logo designed for new brand of shaving cream I am creeating called "Every Day Shave". It's a cream specifically designed to help men with sensitive skin and who suffer from razor burn and shaving bumps / Pimples. Enabling to shave every day without irritation. So please think about that when creating the design. I require this logo to fit on the front of a standard 150ml shaving cream tube (see attachment) and also used on the website and corporate branding. I would like a graphic and the company brand name incorporated into the logo. I need the logo to follow the below guide lines:
• Must be simple: Utilising 1 or 2 colours allowing for easy recognition, and allowing for versatility. Effective logos feature something unexpected or unique without being overdrawn. I'm thinking of making the product bottle white, so think about that when considering the logo colours.
• Must be memorable: Following closely behind the principle of simplicity is that of memorability. An effective logo design should be memorable and this is achieved by having a simple yet appropriate logo. It needs to stand out on shelf and effectively communicate the product benefits and draw the customer in.
• Must be enduring: An effective logo should endure the test of time. The logo should be 'future proof', meaning that it should still be effective in 10, 20, 50+ years.
• Must be versatile: An effective logo should be able to work across a variety of mediums and applications (website, stationary and product)
• Avoid using unattractive clip art.
• Don’t make the logo overly complex.
• Don't make the logo cheesy, childish or humorous
