The Size of the banner is -800mm x 2metres but need 50mm - 80mm extra space at top of poster to put the clip on

Size of banner is 800mm wide x 2 metres high - approx 50mm - 80mm of the top of this needs to be left blank with no artwork on it for the clips to be put on.
