Logo Design Brief

Texas Cyclocross Project is a not for profit youth development program focussed on providing children with the means to experience cycling through the discipline of cyclocross by removing the economic and social barriers to participating in the sport.

In addition to our self run and self branded activities, Cyclocross Projects aims to partner with other non-profits in order to expand an established programs activity offerings.

We are looking for a logo that is professional, clean, fun and should communicate new opportunity, social equality and personal growth.

The logo does not need to have a bike in it. We are not completely sold on Texas Cyclocross Project or Cyclocross Project. Texas branding is an option but not required.

Updates

Thank you all for your designs to date. At this time we have committed our budget and will not be seeking a refund. As of now, the closest designs to what we are looking for have come from designer "rungodale". These designs are very professional, not too artsy, and clean.

We encourage all designers to continue submitting designs as we are not committed to any one design. Please re-read our brief and avoid abstract, artsy logos. The Texas Cyclocross Project is one that begs people to ask what it is we do, and by just looking at it has a good association to it. Nothing "dark", dramatic or gloomy will be chosen, this is a kids program after all!
