Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a start up tourism operation in Marlborough NZ, one of the worlds most sensational wine producing regions. Experiences are what tourist will always remember from their trip to NZ, I want to create a unique, innovative experience around golf and wine. Using my wine industry contacts and knowledge to offer a package that will not be forgotten. The business name will be FLAGSTICKS AND VINES. I want to be able to use the branding across a web site and social media, but also transferable it to a wine bottle, a special Cuvee Pinot Noir, which will be a money cant buy gift, and would be great if it looks cool on a golf shirt also. I don't want the design to be stuffy or old like some golf images, but a younger more contemporary feel. I like for example www.lasvino.com as a wine brand to give you a feel of imaging i think is good.
