Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our startup real estate crowd funding website.
We are a dot com startup in the same mould of kickstarted or crowdfunder.
Our product is property, we match up investors with landlords and developers on a web platform. Our slogan is "building great investments" - whether or not this is incorporated in the logo is entirely up to the designer.
We are a dot-com company not a bank or realtor and our logo should reflect that - any design that looks like something Donald trump would commission will not be considered. The design should be fresh, clean and simple.

Target Market(s)

Young professionals who are affluent and tech savvy. Mostly under 40, they will have disposable income but are the type to buy iPhones not Bentleys.
