Logo Design Brief

I need a logo, and also some banners/graphics that I can use for social media and a website. I'll be working out of my home in NYC until June when I'll move to Charlotte, NC. I'll be working out of my home there, too. So I can coach people via the phone or using something like Skype. I can also travel to meet people where they are most comfortable (well for right now in NYC). in Charlotte, I'll actually have a home office where I can see clients.
