Logo Design Brief

We are a small business just setting up. The company name is K.A.R. Media which is the initials of the three founders. We do all types of video/film production and photography including a TV series on cars, corporate videos and still photography for the corporate market. We would like a logo that is simple, possibly relying on typography. It needs to be fresh, fun and would like it to be modern/cool. We don't have any preferences for colour but would like the logo to work well in one colour/black and white too.

We are going to be dealing with companies looking for corporate videos and tv stations for film production work.
