This is a logo for a multi family development firm in Florida. We specialize in the construction of LUXURY townhouse and apartment buildings for the purpose of renting them out. We use the name Aviara for all our projects. For instance Aviara Lake Worth, Aviara Green, Aviara Air Park, etc. We would like a modern, clean and sophisticated logo that will convey luxury living for our consumers. I’m thinking the bolded word “Aviara” and “Properties” underneath. Use your creativity of course. Happy creating!
