Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an up and coming production company based in New York called "Point 5 Productions". Point 5 Productions strives to discover new and exciting avenues in filmmaking and narrative storytelling. Our company believes that story is paramount and we are always looking for stories that accentuate characters and the worlds in which they live.

We would like to see designs that utilize the colors black and white, are simple and minimalist, and have a retro touch. The design concept focuses on a figure planting a flag atop a mountain with the number "5" on it. Furthermore it should not only be memorable and represent "breaking new ground", but be easily reproducible.

We have included a number of reference photos that strike at the core of what we're looking for. Please inquire as to how and where each photo fits in with our overall vision.
