Wordpress Design Brief
Background: Leo Capital Group Limited is a private property finance company. Leo Capital Group has capital to directly fund first mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity financing. We also acquire performing, sub-performing and distressed debt.
Leo Capitals management philosophy emphasises expertise, innovation, wisdom, honesty and competitiveness. Leo Capital are not finance brokers - we provide debt funding to the commercial property and residential development sectors. Our process is built from experience and cumutavely Leo Capitals Directors have in excess of 60 years wisdom.
The aim of the website will be to increase brand awareness, provide clients with comfort around our level of skill and background on who we are, generate more sales, and provide examples of projects that we have funded.
The website is a new product launch, and we need to use our Leo Capital logo that has just been designed. We like a dark background, and either black/silver/grey/ jade green, or black/gold/jade green colours.
Our unique advantages are that we have fast turnaround times, we can solve clients funding problems and we know what we are doing. Our target audience will be viewing the website on both desktop and mobile devices.
