Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company that provides psychotherapy services through non-conventional methods. The idea grew from concept of a “shade tree mechanic” (google it). Some of the most honest mechanics, doing the best work, are working on cars at their home – not a dealership. They also include the customer in the process more than a dealership would. This allows the customer to learn more about the process and participate to some degree (i.e. empowering). The customer will probably have to go pick up the part for example, learn what it does, where it is on the car, etc. We have envisioned using a tree with a person depicted under the tree with books or a therapist and a client under the tree. The roots of the tree are more significant than the actual tree. The final design should convey empowerment, strong roots, relationship, leisure, and work ethic. The bottom line is that growth is a DIY project that requires a sturdy foundation, and healthy relationships.
