Logo Design Brief

We plan to build a website with an ecommerce component and need a logo to help brand that business.

The website will be called gently-used.ca and will be a hobby job for a stay-at-home mom of 4 kids looking to sell items her kids have outgrown or no longer use. Everything from boys and girls clothing to toys, bikes, piggy banks etc.

We're open to the logo saying Gently Used or Gently-Used.ca at this point. It can have symbols or icons ( above items or those of your choice). It can also have letters that form the shape of these items or suggest them.

The important thing is that it be recognizable in both color and black and white versions and that without any content beside it - it clearly denotes what the business is about - ("re-selling gently used kids clothing, toys and other items at a price much lower than new".)

We tend to like blues, greens, greys, whites etc but are open to designer color palettes/combinations. Would prefer a Google font be used but again - we're open to other options.

Also prefer more of a horizontal format to square or vertical but again - open on this too.

moms of children 0 - 13 yrs of age looking for good quality used clothing, toys, sports equipment and misc items for their children at prices well below new. These moms would be all nationalities and come from middle to lower income homes.
