low design quality. they still dont know/understand what i want even explained. feeling like they are doing on what they do, and not fullfil on what i wants. i been experience this in last two project honestly, one awarded , one rejected... but last both project are pretty much unsatisfactory. i still believe your service are quite good, to compare other such as design99, but yet try. because i still believe in your service. hope this will not turn down. thanks
