Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for a Philadelphia based Construction Management and General Contracting company called Tester Construction Group. We would like to use the colors BLACK and RED. We also would like the logo to use "TCG" as an abbreviation for the company. Also, it is important that the logo clearly shows the services which TCG provides so I was thinking it should say at the bottom: "Construction Managers / Builders" or "Builders / Construction Managers". We are NOT looking for any cliche construction imagery (hammers, tools, etc.). We are looking for something basic in design, but still exciting and strong.
