Logo Design Brief

We need an initial logo design for the planning and build phase of the brewery. As well as brewing and serving our own craft beer, we are running educational courses for industry professionals and hobbyists. The final design should communicate authenticity/innovation and reflect the fitout of the building - exposed red brick, black wrought iron and stainless steel brewing tanks.
