Business Card Design Brief
Our logo/name is trademarked (since around 2000) and is owned by us. Logo originally designed in 1984 by my wife. Our logo needs freshening up while retaining its recognizability and trademark coverage. Our business cards, line card etc., web page home also need freshening, maybe as simple as inserting the updated logo, or completely redesigned.
Our logo represents "torque", which is defined as a force around an axis or "twist". Since 1949, we have been one of the world leaders in Wichita industrial clutches and brakes sales and service. We specialize in heavy duty applications such as stamping presses, steel mills, paper mills, drilling rigs etc. We are engineers as well as business people. Our customers are maintenance supervisors, plant engineers, small business owners. Our "color" has been reflex blue For more background, our website is www.torque-inc.com
