New retail coffee tea house

Overview of project: "THE LOFT"

Required for a proposal to raise capital for a new concept store.  What is needed is a hip and funky retail logo, 5 different images of retail product with the hip and funky logo on the packaging and 3D drawings approximately 8 different images showing views of the retail store. Two store designs are required. One inside a shopping centre store and the other a street location store. Each store will require 4 images; front view, left view, right view and top view.


A. Create a new corporate logo
Logo is required to be designed as well.
The name of the new coffee tea house will be called:

"THE LOFT TEA AND COFFEE HOUSE"

The styling of the logo has been shown in image 1.1

The colouring is as per image 1.1

The logo will be used on the front of the building and inside the store as clear branding. the logo will be on the staff uniforms, on the cups and glasses and on retail goods for sale i.e. coffee tea coffee mugs and tea mugs.


B. Rebranding of retail product with new corporate logo

Attached is 5 photos of different product images 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6
All this product in the photos will need to be rebranded

C. Design and concept of the retail store

The design concept of the store should have a loft feel about it. Please see attached images 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 2.11 and 2.12
The size of the store will be two different sizes

size 1 will be approximately 40 to 50 square metres, this will be for inside shopping centres.

size 2 will be approximately 100 to 110 square metres suitable for street locations. This store will have two levels giving it a very loft feel with a winding staircase. Please see images 2.4

As this is a concept for the moment the store's both sizes will be square in size. size 1 approximate size 7m x 7m. size 2 approximate size 10.5m x 10.5m.

The feel of the store should feel like you are sitting in a loft apartment of your friend enjoying a coffee. A very relaxed, environment with jazz music playing. A cool funky place that you would want to stay for the day. Incorporating lounge chairs and small tables for 2 or 4 people and chairs, lamps and some feature pieces. The floor be polished concrete with a bit of exposed brick on the walls and the roof possibly timber finishing. The window should have small block frame glass as per image 2.12, 2.8, 2.5 and 2.2. The size 2 will be approximately 100 to 110 square metres suitable for street locations will need to include a staircase as per image 2.1 and 2.7. This store will also include wall to wall and floor to celling widows as per images 2.12, 2.8, 2.5 and 2.2.

The counter for serving and making coffees will be located towards the front of the building as you walk in. The counter would need to showcase as much of the product as possible ie sandwiches, baguettes and some desserts. Product image of the coffees and other types of hot and cold drink are shown in the attached file 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7

The images will need to be given as high resolution PDF files, logo will need to be given as curves and outline Ai file and must include all fonts used to create the logo. All PMS colour must also be given for the logo.
