Teams may be same sex or mixed - so grab your favorite partner, choose a team name, put together an awesome costume, and get ready for a day of community and FUN!
The holidays are just around the corner, the open is a few months away, what better time to test your fitness? Join us for our first annual “Nightmare Before Christmas” partner competition. This will be a one day, 4 WOD plus Final WOD for top 3 teams in each division to battle it out for the top spots.
