Graphic Design Brief
We need to create an email template that we can use for the purpose of prospecting for new clients in the new year. We are a Brisbane based commercial cleaning company. You can find lots about our business at www.cleaners.com.au. We currently use Vertical Response as our email service provider for broadcast emails to large mail outs but we have generally used the templates available in VR which are then modified to include our brand livery. It would be our intention to manage the content and drop into the new email template once it is ready. It is our intention to send to prospects, a series of emails in the new year, with a view to providing them with a compelling reason to 'Make a fresh start with your office cleaning in 2014'. The initial emails will be informative rather than 'hard sell' with most of the content coming from articles in our Blog. You will find most of these articles in the first couple of pages of the blog. Our brand identity can be found on our website at the address above.
Updates
An additional file has been uploaded to the brief that may assist with the development of the email template. As we are prospecting for new clients, we have a limited opportunity to influence them thus the template needs to be engaging and communicate a clear message. Part of what we offer as a business is to solve a prospective clients cleaning service issues so in some way that is what we would like to communicate graphically in the email template. The uploaded pdf was part of the brief for the redesign of the front page of our website (work in progress). Its purpose is to provide some guidance with regard to the message we want to communicate, "solving the cleaning service problem". Hopefully this additional information will be of assistance.
