Business Card Design Brief
I need a logo design for a land surveying company. Concepts I'm trying to convey are; one a commitment to fundamental business values of providing the client with a quality product at a fair price; and two convey that the firm is technologically current.
Firm name is David Edwards Land Surveying, PLLC, address is :
430 Riverland Drive S., Currie, NC 28435
My original thought for a logo comes from a view I have of the night sky outside of my house. The color photograph shows the frame of reference that I have when I go out at night and see the constellation Orion framed by my house and a tree in my yard. I recall seeing a logo of an outline of a city used for the TV show "Fraiser" that sort of describes what I'm trying to convey in the second photo. The second photo is a very rough sketch to give you an idea of the orientation of the constellation within the frame. The constellation could be rotated some to change the effect. I was hoping to use simple line work to form the frame and somehow show the stars so they would not be lost in a small space.
