Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design of a diamond that appears to be painted with a paint brush. I have included a graphic of something similar as an example. If there is a way to incorporate an element of housing into the business card idea, that would be ideal. I mainly provide consulting services to management entities that manage government affordable housing in terms of training, process and process solutions, so I would not mind a design idea that focuses on the people aspect of what I do.
