Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for my company - wannabe vegan.

The company provides resources for people who are striving to learn more about being vegan and how to make better, more informed, choices so that they can help themselves, the animals and the planet.

It focuses on three main topics of optimal health, animal rights and environmental issues, but also discusses minimalism, simplifying and sustainability.

The logo needs to convey simple, earthy, clean, natural elements. I prefer muted colors but don't mind the limited use of strong colors for accentuation and focus.
