Logo Design Brief
Hi all. My business is an online resource that was traditionally focussed on people who work in a call centre (or contact centre as they are now more commonly known) and the name was Contact Centre Central (our old logo is attached for reference).
As the business (and call centres) have evolved we now find our audience are more Customer Experience (CX) professionals and we cover a lot of topics other than just call centres including technology, automation as well as best practice customer service etc.
As a result we are going to rename and rebrand our business to CX Central so want a new logo that will be central to our new direction.

- The logo needs to make it clear that we are in the customer experience/call centre industry and position us as a leader in this space.
Nice to have
- We don't want to forget about our past and call centres are still a big part of what we do so incorporating something reflecting a call centre would be nice. As for colours, I don't mind the colours we currently have however I am open to new ideas as there was no real science behind the original choices.
