Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed that will be our theme for twelve Marriott Vacation Resorts in the West Region for 2018. This theme will be used for our annual 2018 General Manager's Meeting held in Las Vegas, NV but will also be the logo/theme used throughout the year to motivate our twelve resorts. We would like the theme to be Achieve- possibly replacing the i to a 1. ACH1EVE. The design should be colorful, crisp, professional. We are the vacation industry so we like fun and color - it doesn't need to resemble vacation though. We want this theme to motivate all the resorts so they focus on Achieving Awesome Results in 2018!
One version of the logo should just be Achieve, one version should be for the meeting (2018 Achieve West Region General Manager Meeting), one version (2018 Achieve West Region) and one version just (Achieve). Once we finalize the logo appearance of achieve; then we may want the Achieve logo with a few general words under it to brand specific days/sessions at the conference- for example, Achieve Results, Achieve Accountability, Achieve Engagement, Achieve Success, Achieve Greatness.
(I attached a couple of examples of prior year logos for review as an example.)
