Logo Design Brief

I need a (re)design of my logo, I don't have a company name other than my name, website is saskiaslotboom.nl.
I work with engineers and other technically trained people (who usually work as project- and teamleaders) on their personal and professional development, soft skills, communication, leadership etc.
There is a logo now, with a tree (as the second part of my lastname translated is tree) I like the retro look, vibrant colors and tree reference of my current logo, but it could use an update into 2018.
I would like to have a design with and without the tagline: coaching en training voor ambitieuze bèta's
