Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new water sports club based in the Caribbean.

We will be providing all types of water/wind based activities including Paddleboarding, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing, Kayaking, Snorkelling, Scuba Diving, Sailing,etc.

It will also be a members club with social activities and calendar of events.

Target Market(s)

- People with a love of water and sports
- Adrenaline junkies
- Athletes
- Seekers of fun

Generally a younger adult crowd (18-45) but also servicing kids and older generations.

Requirements

Must have

• The logo must include some form of representation of the Albatross, one of the world's largest flying birds and which soar for miles over the oceans).
• I will be repurposing this site - http://buenavistaclub.anotherlevel.co.za, so the AWWC logo must work well with this design as well as the colours and style.

Nice to have

• The logo should ideally be fun and light and more importantly express the elements of WIND, WATER & SPORTS and of course the ALBATROSS.
• Try not to just create a design based around the AWWC initials. I want a clever image/icon that can be used on merchandise.

Should not have

• - NO clip art
• - NO re-purposed logos
• - NO downloaded free graphics
• I can spot the above easily and will eliminate designs immediately if you use these.
