Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my business. I specialise in providing workplace coaching in the field of leadership and management, safety and helping Supervisors (a person who supervises others, craft workers managing teams, leading hands) and new managers (higher level than a Supervisor) work collaboratively with their teams. I help leaders become more effective and help them work towards achieving their operational goals and how to be strategic. I also provide psychometric testing and use a product called Lumina Spark. Part of my business is training and facilitating qualifications and soft skills workshops such as conflict management, communication, leading teams, developing self, career coaching and counselling. I do consider myself a mindset coach who can change employees to be more effective and productive. My psychometric tool is going to feature largely in my business and some of the colours I would like to see used are orange, green, blue, red, yellow and possibly a black back ground. No dull colours please - I am very focused and an extrovert! Also, no cartoons please - do not like them and I want my logo to be professional in appearance. The final design should communicate strength and positivity and be dynamic. 'Coalface' is an Australian slang word - meaning working in the field and at the job front with people - being on the ground and in the trenches to help them improve their skills of working with their team, other clients and line Managers. My logo needs to be hi resolution as I will be using it for garments and for a business card (to be designed in the future). This business is not a life coaching business.

Requirements

Must have

• Colours as stipulated on brief - orange, green, blue, red, yellow, grey, white and maybe a black back ground - up to the designer. Professional, strong and positive. I'm not convinced on pastel colours - I prefer bright colours - these colours are what you have to work with.

Nice to have

• It's important to have the words 'Coalface Coach' the same colour.

Should not have

• Absolutely no cartoons, no swirly text.
