Logo Design Brief

Hi there, I am looking for a designer who can turn a distinctive Logo idea into a PSD file which I can then use for printing, letterheads. The logo is pretty much drawn on paper and it needs to be "translated" into a proper logo now. The scan of the drawing can/will be provided

There are to be an uneven number of figures beside the tree (not touching the tree), looking like "disabled children". This organisation is a support group for parents with autistic and other special needs children. The suggested little icons are "someone in a wheelchair", "someone with crutches" etc. Something alone those lines: http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTXLJHw4PSJ8DX2vXF0s4FhyLZJNc9BWMRFML7s0GkL4tvw801W

It would be great if a font could be used that is freely available on Mac, so that I can add a tagline later, as this hasn't been decided yet. The tagline suggestion was "Play for all", but this idea has been abandoned, but the new one will be similarily short.

It would be great, if the whole logo was to be round, saying - rounded - The Tree Club - above the tree - and a sample tagline below - rounded or horizontal.
