Logo Design Brief

We would like a logo that can be used across printed materials and online for our rental property in Scotland. The property will be very smartly decorated in black/white muted tones and furnished to a highs standard. We'd like to convey an image of quality and a luxury feel with the logo. It's only one bedroom, so will be targeted towards individuals/couples. It would be nice if the logo could incorporate a sketch of the building itself or the Edinburgh castle (such as shown in the Brighton example). We like the log format of the Three Wise Monkeys and it would be nice to see something inspired by this with 3 major Edinburgh landmarks, such as Castle, Greyfriars Bobby and Carlton Hill - or No31 in the middle and the castle and thistle in either side...
